Hi,
I am Luke and I just bought a Saab 99gl from Sweden and am driving it home.
I have ran into numerous problems along the way but have met some truest amazing people who have helped me along the way.
I am completely shocked how amazing the Saab community around so many different countries.
Any way if I told you my hole story I’d be here all night typing so I’ll cut it short.
My fuel pump broke while cruising down the a1 and a really nice guy can to help me out despite having just got back from a 4 day exposition and it being a Sunday.
However now I had to push my ferry back by a day and have noware to sleep.
I had been sleeping in forests in my hammock but have been told that’s illegal here.
And another very helpful person (not sure if I should mention his name) said I should make a post on here to see if anyone could help me find a place to lay my head tonight?
Now I have found a couple of cheapish hotels to stay if not but so far everyone I have met on this journey has been really amazing so somthing tells me I should follow his advice and see what people say.
Thanks for reading!
Luke

Hi Luke, maybe it will help if you'd tell us your route and destination. Good luck and good speed!

Hi thanks for responding. I’m currently sat on the ferry back to England.Steve-O schreef: ↑ma 17 sep, 2018 9:23Hi Luke, maybe it will help if you'd tell us your route and destination. Good luck and good speed!
It was really late notice and I didn’t really expect much to come from it.
I spent the night a budget hotel and set off early this morning after mistaking mayo for butter and putting it on my bread with jam in the morning
