TT speedtest

I was out this morning to do a speed test with my 1964 TT. Just to give the details - 1967 850 injection motor, 3 carb, LC (not Monte) with 4 versnellingen. No wind, 12C and quiet streets.

I set up my G-Tech meter



and had a relatively gentle start and then shifted at 5000 rpm...

and the results were pretty good...



and better than original spec 850...

No, stock front muffler, straight piece of stainless tube and a custom stainless replica of the original muffler. Not too loud but you definitely hear the carburetors when you give it gas.

Bhart, I only did notice your test today, sorry for that.
It should not have been missed while it is just gorgeous. Sound is as it should be but your results are amazing. Keep the car in that perfect condition and enjoy
