Hello B308, welcome to our forum. I would suggest to keep this car, you know what you have, if you buy another one you have to wait and see. If you change the head with a new Biopower cylinderhead you're off for many kilometres.

Personally I have no experience with B2x5 engines but the compression values are really good. Personally I would install LPG and see how long it would last. 200k is probably too much for the valves though. With hydraulic tappets it's difficult if not impossible to determine how far valve / seat combinations have worn.
You can purchase a Biopower head or a used head along with hardened seats / valves installed to have laying around for the moment that the valves don't seal anymore. This moment will come, the car will be harder to start and idling will be irregular. Still drivebale for a short period.
