Hallo Nederlandse collega's,
LPG systeem: Prins VSI v.1, buizen 8mm, mapsensor, geel Keihin injectoren 4 stuks.

hi,
Better is to speak english, many (if not all) dutch people are able to speak english in a fashioned matter.
Regarding your issue, the translation is far from okay (but understandable with the techy stuff) but from what i can understand is you're having issues while going WOT on LPG, correct?

You do have the additional VSI map sensor kit installed? Any fault codes in the VSI system? Car running ok on petrol?
To get 164kW from 4 yellow Keihins make sure the lpg pressure is set high enough. Start at 2 bar, program this value in the vsi software (idle_level) and adjust the pressure using the adjusting screw on the evaporator until Psys reads 2 bar.
Next adjust the injector constant (RC_inj) using either the short term fuel adaptation values from trionic, or by looking at the petrol injector opening times while running on petrol and lpg. With RC_inj set correctly times should not change when you switch between both fuels and trionic adapation should stay <3%. Finally you can finetune the idle mixture by adjusting Off_inj. You will need a programming cable and the vsi software. Any standard serial programming cable (max232 based or so) will do provided you add 2 transistors to invert txd and rxd. Have fun!

Hello,
yes becomes only at WOT over 5000ot on LPG.
Car run on petrol with no problem.
I need to know settings (PRINS VSI), so I can show the car service lpg where they have cable and software.
So that both the 9000-05 wrote:
Set 2bar on the reducer and software (idle_level)
Psys: 2bar
RC_inj: difference <3%
Off_inj: Mixture adjustment
Is that right? Rossi

Re: Prins VSI v1, 9-5 2.3t Hirsch 164kW settings
So if I understand you right, the car will only run on lpg at WOT above 5000rpm
Does it drop back to petrol when you lift the gas or drop below 5k rpm or will it keep running on lpg once switched over? In the first case start with checking the base parameters. I suppose your installer does know how to set those but anyway try:
bank 1
cil 4
RPM_fac 2
RPM_flank falling
TPS_type disabled
lambda type 0-1V
RC injector 125 (as a start)
When the car won't switch over below 5000 rpm but keeps running on lpg after switchover, have a good look at the switch over parameters. Check the sensor data live using the vsi software, could be a sensor is not connected properly or the lambda signal is not received correctly by the vsi ecu.

Re: Prins VSI v1, 9-5 2.3t Hirsch 164kW settings
Car runs fine on LPG.
Only above 5000 rpm misses engine.
It will be set in pressure or fuel mixture.
In the car servis lpg to adjust accordingly.
