Update voor navigate met 2018 kaarten!

Middle or south, it doesn’t really matter… the Netherlands aren’t that big! Besides, driving up and down the location of the upgrade does give an excellent opportunity to test the new navigation and maps! Wherever the location is, I will participate. My only advice is to choose a Saab-related location with some sort of garage attached (ex Saab dealer?).

As for a Saab-specialist: maybe KC Performance in Helvoirt is a good location (if they want to support this of course)?

Good news, the mobile programming stations are now done and have been delivered to Manne's.

They have a contact in Drachten which has offered a to allow the updates to be done in a workshop there. I think that it might be a little far north, but hey Holland isn't that big
Question is if Drachten will be "too far" for people living in southern Holland or Belgium/Luxembourg or if you guys think it would be ok to drive there for the update?

Quite a distance for me all the way from the south near Heerlen to Drachten(325 km one way)
Will have to reconsider my presence if my former Manne’s GSG237 is able to manage this.
An indication of a date or period would be of great help.

Drachten is no problem for me. About 350 kms out and back in my Fjord Blue Lady.

Joehoe bij dezen. De NG van mijn vader is érg nodig aan nieuwe kaarten toe. Hij heeft me al ettelijke keren gevraagd of er updates zijn. En Velteck is om de hoek.....

@Patrick : thanks for the very good work. Drachten is around the corner. Roundtrip of 90 km's from Menaam. So if a date is / dates are declared we'd like to know asap
@U-poll : dank ! Hou mij a.u.b. ook op de hoogte. Wanneer er een update datum bekend is regelen we dat de NG van mijn vader er ook is voor een update.

I still have the (in)famous "Netherlands" bug, which prevents selecting Netherlands when entering a destination. The E800 update was never applied in its original country Hungary, and I haven't made this a priotity myself.

I assume this won't be an issue, and at which timespan should I think of this collective upgrade in Drachten?

@Jelger: I suppose all former Saab dealers in the Netherlands can give you the E800 update.
It will cost you about an hour and all the bugs are gone...
