Vraag deurbekleding loshalen tbv centrale vergrendeling

De centrale vergrendeling van onze 9000 hapert weleens. D.w.z. dat soms niet alle deuren dichtgaan, en soms springen de deuren na een bepaalde tijd weer van het slot af......

Dit wil ik dus de wereld uithelpen. Iemand een idee wat de oorzaak kan zijn?

Ik wil in ieder geval eens de contacten in de portiersloten schoonmaken.
Hoe krijg ik de portierbekleding netjes los?

Ff uit het hoofd:

-2 dopjes loshalen van de deurhendel en de 2 achterliggende schroeven lossen
- schroefje achter het handvat/opener (let op bij de bestuurdersdeur dat je eerst het pennetje van de elek spiegelverstelling losmaakt)
- 2 schroeven links en rechts van het opbergvak
- schorefje van de deurverlichting en deze demonteren.

Als het goed is kan je het deurpaneel er nu afklikken.

Removing the door panels

Remove the mirror switch panel (or blank panel). For 91 style: Pry at the bottom or top, pop out at the rear.
For 93 and later, insert a small screwdriver into the hole behind the mirror select switch and pry the tab forward.

Remove T20 Torx screw.
Pull door handle out, slide plastic backplate down and rotate out from bottom.
Remove T20 Torx screw.
Remove soft plastic plugs from top and bottom of door pull.
Remove T20 screws from top & bottom of door pull.
Use a small flat blade screwdriver to pop the plastic caps off the two screws at front and rear of storage bin.
Remove weird-headed T20 screws from front and back of storage bin.
Remove T10 screw from door light lens. Slide lens back and out.
Remove T20 screw from the bracket for the lens retaining screw You might have to fish through some insulation to find it.

Work a flat tool up under the bottom of the panel, then work fingers back and pull to disengage the plastic pop-retainer at the bottom rear corner. Repeat at front, about 8" from bottom.
Pull the panel up out of the window through at the top; this can take quite a bit of force, as there are metal tangs to resist its removal. Push from the bottom and thump lightly from below to break it loose. Remove the wires from the light before completely removing the door panel.

Dank gents. Ik ga zaterdag meteen maar aan het werk.

Ik had een soortgelijk bericht ook een tijd geleden op de prikpagina van saab.pagina.nl gezet. Daar had iemand geantwoord dat mogelijk het relais van de deurbediening ook kapot is. Maar werkt die met een relais? Ik dacht altijd dat de CV werkte dmv inductie (spoelen die in het CV-mechanisme in de deur zitten. Zo werkte het tenminste vroeger bij een Volvo die we hadden).

Zo. Ik had het al eerder willen repareren, maar het lijkt erop dat het werkt.

Ik heb het centrale vergrendelmechanisme uit de linker portier uitgewisseld. Eerst gisteren naar Elferink voor een ruilonderdeel (10 Euro). Het viel mij al op dat die erg leek op die van een Volvo 340,met dat verschil dat die van Elferink 3 draden had en bij Volvo werkt met links met 4 en voor de overige portieren met 2.

Vanmorgen de portierbekleding losgehaald (dank voor de tips!). En wat blijkt: bij onze 9000 is ook het systeem met 2 draden geinstalleerd. Aan die van Elferink had ik dus niets. Maar toen er 1 van de 'good old' 340 erin (de kleurcodes zijn niet gelijk)......ging het bestuurdersportier op slot en de rest open.......
Dus even de draadjes omgewisseld en hij werkt weer perfect!!!

Nu maar weer even naar Elferink het onderdeel terugbrengen (is ook geen straf).

Hij leek werkelijk als nieuw, en dat voor een auto met ruim 3 ton. Het leer leek zo uit de fabriek te komen.....jammer dat mijn lease Volvo nog even mee moet. Ik had deze 9000 zo mee willen nemen.
