SwedAero^ schreef:As far as i know you pay 6%. And as i said earlier the difference in food prices arent that great..
You are correct.
SwedAero^ schreef:And your example about buying a new car every four years. The saab 9-5 aero costs E53090 in basic price here. Thats E16459 more then in sweden. E4115/year. Thats ALOT of money but maybe you think it is ok to pay that i dont know.
We live here so we don't have a choice.
SwedAero^ schreef:And that the government here take away the freedom to buy a car where ever you want to. In sweden you can import a car from whereever you want in the eu without paying anythin extra gor it. One of the points with the eu is freedom of trade. That is not the case here. Back to the example with a new car every 4 years.
In holland it would be E 106180 to buy a new saab 9-5 aero now and one in 4 years. You pay E19820 in bpm and tax for 1 car like that. That makes E 39640 if you buy a new one after 4 years.
Now for sweden.. The same car costs E 36631 incl tax in sweden. That is E 73262 if you buy another one after 4 years. Out of that price moms is E 9157. That makes E 18315 in tax if you buy a new one after 4 years.
So for one car like that you pay E2289/year in tax.
Free trade is when it comes to carprices not an item in the EEC.
Its also interesting that you compare Swedish prices with Dutch prices, Norwegian and Danish prices are much higher than our prices.
Saab 9-5 Sport Sedan Aero 2.3 T (260 hk) DKR 683967 +/- € 91.000,--
Saab 9-5 Sport Sedan Aero 2.3 T (260 hk) NOK 594400 +/- € 74.300,--
Saab 9-5 Sport Sedan Aero 2.3 T (260 hk) € 51.290,--
Who can afford a brandnew 9-5 Aero every 4 years? i can't.
Again if this is all such a problem, why did you came to Holland in the first place? just to complain about our carprices and our taxsystem?
If i recall it right, your question was "what the value of your car was"? its probably higher overhere than in Sweden, and you
dont have to pay any tax at all when you drive it for 12 months, so what seems to be the problem?
